The principal activities of the Company and its subsidiaries (“the Group”) are the design, manufacture, construction and servicing of a range of engineering products and structures.

These activities are grouped into the following divisions:

• ‘Defence’ - design, manufacture and service of defence equipment.
• ‘Forging’ - manufacture of steel forgings.
• ‘Petrol Station Superstructures’ - design, manufacture, construction, maintenance and restyling of petrol station superstructures.
• ‘Corporate Branding’ - the design, manufacture, installation, and service of corporate branding, including media facades, way-finding signage, public illumination, creative lighting solutions, and the complete appearance of petrol station superstructures and forecourts.
